The Buffalo Bills have wrapped up practice on Thursday as they prepare for a Week 8 tilt with the Kansas City Chiefs. Bills head coach Chan Gailey told reporters after practice that two key members of the secondary could be game-time decisions.
Terrence McGee and Jairus Byrd both practiced on a limited basis, with McGee doing so for a second straight day. He hasn't played since Week 3, while Byrd - who is dealing with a thigh injury unrelated to previous injuries he's sustained - has appeared in every game this season. Should McGee not play once again, Leodis McKelvin would get a fourth straight start, while George Wilson is set to fill in for Byrd should the latter not be able to suit up. Byrd did not practice Wednesday, so he has taken a step in the right direction.
Cornell Green missed another day of practice, as expected, but bookend tackle Demetrius Bell returned to the field for full participation after missing practice Wednesday. Gailey confirmed that Bell, who played his first full game of the 2010 season in Baltimore, was given a rest day.
