This is a "Luck isnt declaring" scenario:
I've seen alot of AJ Green talk on here and I think thats just foolish. He may be the next best player talent-wise, but c'mon people, hes just not that valuable for a team in Buffalo's situation. Theres a reason Matt Millen isnt calling the shots in Detroit anymore.
Buffalo's problem on both sides of the ball is their control of the LOS, and, until that changes, they wont win many football games. If Luck isnt there, (because if he is they better be just as quick to that podium as they were this past year) it would be beyond irresponsible to not grab a huge dominating presence for one of the lines, and, judging by the dearth of quality tackles this year, I'm leaning towards Dareus.
I probably wouldnt cry over a LB, but the key point is the need for a dominant physical presence. I want a guy that opponents have 2 choices with, either double team em or avoid em. I wasnt particularly pleased with the Troup pick, not because I thought he was a reach, but because the idea of Cody's huge posterior plopped in the middle of our DL almost made me need to change my pants when I saw he was still there in rd 2.
So basically all Im sayin is, I want the Bills to get someone that can singlehandedly change the way one side of the ball plays and that means QB or trenches. Top picks dont come around all that often, unless Matt Millen is your GM, lets make this one count.
