Okay, here is the situation, it is day one of the 2011 NFL draft, the Bills did not end up with the first overall pick and the Carolina Panthers selected Andrew Luck. The Bills selected a non-QB, best player available with their first rounder. As you are sitting there watching the picks go by, no more QB's have been selected. It is now pick #20 and you hear that the Bills have just traded up to the 20th spot. The Commissioner comes up to the mic and announces, "With the 20th pick in the 2011 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills select, quarterback from ......".
