Inside The Bills | McGee ready to start?
"I think physically he could probably do it," said Gailey. "Whether he would last a whole game, I think we all still wonder that. He certainly came through a lot better this week through practice and last week’s game better than he’s been in a long, long time. We’re still trying to decide whether he’ll start or whether we’ll start Leodis (McKelvin)."

Fitz, Gailey share common vision on evolving offense - Jerry Sullivan - The Buffalo News
"I don't want to say that the guys who coached me last year were bad, because I loved those guys," Fitz said. "But a big difference between this year and last has been Chan. It's the system he brought here and the ability to communicate every day. I haven't been in a meeting this year where he hasn't been in there. So I know exactly what he wants, and he's able to listen to me and allow me to do things that I want."
Williams playing big role in middle - BuffaloBills.com
``All I know is he makes training camp really difficult,'' Hangartner said, noting Williams makes up for his lack of size by understanding how to leverage himself against heftier opponents. ``Some guys, you can get away with leaning on them or being in a bad position. But if you're in a bad position with him, he's going to toss you. I've never played against a guy who's got as good an instinct.''

Inside The Bills | Rinehart’s 1st start for Bills
"Rinehart got rolled up by Cowboys’ OLB Anthony Spencer and broke his fibula on the very same day that Eric Wood broke his leg (more severely) last season. It was a long rehabilitation for both, but Rinehart’s game was suffering and under a new coaching staff in Washington he didn’t make the grade."

This bothers me.
From this link: http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2010/12/19/rineharts-1st-start-for-bills/ the second to last paragraph quoting Rinehart:
"Now knowing I’m starting I’ve been able to mentally prepare for this week’s game. I’m looking forward to it."
If he wasn’t starting then he would not be able to mentally prepare? As far as I recall all coaches tell players to prepare as if they are starting. You never know when you get to play. Not sure what his intent was in this statement but it sure is odd the way it came out.

99.9% sure Rinehart didn’t mean that the way you took it, though clearly, he could have worded it better.

Agreed.
Could be he meant his role is different, not spelling LG/RG at times. Rooting for him to have a good game.
