So much for not being fit enough! Tight end Derek Fine, who started 11 games over the past two seasons for the Buffalo Bills, was awarded to the Rams on waivers Wednesday. Cleveland and Jacksonville also put in claims for Fine, but th Rams got him because they had the worst record last year among those three clubs
