... done by me. Also happens to be the only mock draft done by me. No need to be gentle.
This is assuming a trade with the Giants: 9 for 15, 77,113
Yes, there is no QB. Clausen and Bradford are the only starting caliber QBs in this draft imo, and I like Dan Williams and a 3rd and 4th over taking a shot on one of them; there are just too many holes. And thats without even considering the fact that the Bills don't have any healthy OT's.
1st. Dan Williams-Tennessee NT 6-2 329
2nd. Brandon Spikes-Florida ILB 6-3 256
3rd. Jared Veldheer-Hillsdale OT 6-8 315
3rd. Arthur Jones-'Cuse 3-4DE 6-3 295
4th. Marshall Newhouse-TCU OG 6-3 326
4th. Ciron Black-LSU RT 6-5 331
5th. Trevard Lindley-Kentucky CB 5-11 178
6th. Adrian Tracy-William & Mary OLB 6-3 248
6th. Danario Alexander-Missouri WR 6-5 221
7th. James Starks RB-Buffalo 6-2 218
7th. Sam Maxwell OLB-Kentucky 6-3 248
Looking back I might like to take an OLB alittle earlier, but hey, that's what Maybin's for, right?
On the whole, if the Bills pulled this off, grabbed a QB capable of staying for 2-3 yrs and mentoring a new guy next year (Pennington), and got some solid depth in FA, they could be good in the not-so-far-off future.
