How Veek’s injury happened – Inside The Bills
"It felt like a helmet hit it," Mitchell told Buffalobills.com. "I had the pressure on my right leg and then I started turning my body to the left and the helmet hit directly on my thigh and we think the helmet pushed the muscle off the knee cap."

Maybin’s artistic gift – Inside The Bills
"When my mom (Connie) passed away, other than football, [art] was the only [way] I could express myself, express my anger, express my frustration and not get in trouble. That became my tool to scream, to cry … that is everybody else’s window into how I’m feeling."
Playing Bills GM- Volume IV - Buffalo Sports Daily
My extreme makeover edition of the Buffalo Bills will consist of trying to unload some of my veterans for draft picks. Sorry Bills veterans, but I’m building a team that can compete for the next 5 years. Joe Pinzone cuts Chris Kelsay and Trent Edwards and trades Kyle Williams, Marshawn Lynch, and Aaron Schobel while considering trading Marcus Stroud.

2010 NFL Draft
NFL Mock Draft: Pre-Combine - WGR 550 SportsRadio
WGR's draft expert, Joe Buscaglia, previews the first 3 1/4 rounds of the NFL draft. The Bills end up with QB Sam Bradford, NT Terrence Cody, and OT Vladimir Ducasse from Massachusetts. "Ducasse is someone with gobs of potential. He's only been playing football for a very short time period, but he's super athletic and has the raw skills to be a great NFL player. If you read my Senior Bowl breakdowns, I thought Ducasse did very well for himself in the game."

What Ducasse has to show - Inside the Bills
"UMASS offensive tackle Vladimir Ducasse is a small school offensive tackle that has an awful lot of potential. He might not be a unanimous first round consideration among the 32 NFL clubs, but he could convince those that still harbor doubts here in his combine workout."

Thats getting rediculous…
"Hey ey ey ey"
well, three of them are because of injury, and one because he doesn’t have a throwing motion.

I know but its just crazy that at the Combine, none of the top QB’s will be throwing. Kind of disappointing, thats all…
"Hey ey ey ey"
Maybe now, people will begin to place less emphasis on the combine. Nah, that’ll never happen.

True. I never understood how a 3 day work out would sky-rocket a player in the draft? Theyve been playing football for 15 years or so, shouldnt that be what we base their play on? Not how fast they run indoors, with shorts, no pads, no football, no nothing. Combine is dumb minus the mental and interview parts…
"Hey ey ey ey"
I always thought that 40 yard dash times for linemen was really stupid. Show how quickly they can pick up a 300 pound tackle dummy and move it back 20 yards.
No weekend spent pantsless is a wasted weekend.
true, but watching 300 lb guys beat Rich Eisen in the 40 is very entertaining
If we end up with Vick, T.O., Richie I., and Porter….that is really pushing the dbag density limit for one team.
The 10-yard split is important for linemen on both sides of the ball. That’s about it.
