TO Discussion
As there has been much conversation recently about the future of the Bills' offense, there have been a number of different opinions on Terrell Owens' pending free agent status. Some here have indicated that they feel there is zero chance that he returns, while others have been more optimistic.
I believe that TO still has the talent to be effective for this team, with an upgrade on the o-line and qb positions. He is a better option than the other receivers on the team, and I don't see any free agents out there with the talent of TO. Josh Reed makes about half of TO's salary at this time. I would prefer to have TO, Evans, and Johnson to a trio of Evans, Reed, and a free agent. I'm not going to get into all of the numbers, but would be curious to get everyone else's opinion.
Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.

Clearly, while TO did have some terrible drops that caused quite a rupture between he and Edwards, and the line injuries helped keep the offense in the league cellar after week3, his stats would have been better with a more productive offense and can help a team. Our Bills team? Couldn’t hurt, but I hope some other offense troubles are addressed, not just to keep him, but to at least milk one year of positive production out of him. He might not play again at all, but chances of being here, at this point are probably 50/50
Still waiting for the playoffs.... Go Bills 2010 !!!!

I would be open to a second season of the T.O. show. Whether he is or not is another question.

sounded more like a gong to me :-)
If we end up with Vick, T.O., Richie I., and Porter….that is really pushing the dbag density limit for one team.

Agreed keep him
I would love to see how Chan would work him into the game plan. No raise and maybe a two year deal for less. If I understand your point going the other direction would be taking a step backwards on offense instead of maintaining a potential double threat at WR. Focus on OL and another RB, beef up the LB’s and DL with the draft.
Is it really average talent or just poor coaching, how important is depth and experience.

OL,, LB and DL agreed.
However, I think we’re good at RB and need QB help.

I'd like to have him back
However if we can’t keep him it’s not the end of the world. Remember you have guy’s like Antonio Bryant and Kevin Walter available in FA as well.

Could ochocinco and TO be compatible?

Probably, but I could just see Carson Palmer getting this sick feeling before every game dealing with those personalities.

I'd like to see him back
But keeping him is all contingent on out QB situation. If we got Vick (not that I’m a real big fan) I think the opportunity to keep him goes up exponentially.

TO
The coaching staff will have to evaluate Hardys readiness or possible FA availability then be sure they have a qb… TO could be here though!

I hope TO is gonzo!
I can’t stand a guy that takes plays off. When the pass is off target, the receiver’s job is to prevent the DB to make a play on the ball and if the ball is intercepted the receivers job is to track him down. TO is a complete and utter loser in both those fields. I am very comfortable going into the season with Evans/Johnson/Hardy, a revamped attitude on the Oline and a game plan focused on a run-first attitude.
Nothing left to say... the clock is ticking...

Let him go
He drops more passes than he catches, Takes alot of plays off. Let’s go with some younger talent , without the prima donna attitude. I don’t think TO fits into Bills future plans, adios.
