If any of you bills fans feel like taking a trip down memory lane, watch this rather lengthy segment with Bill Polian describing his time with the Bills. Love him or hate him, I think its worth the watch.

How can you hate Bill Polian?
I got nothing.

Was also thinking the same thing? There’s nothing to hate about the guy.

You people obviously never met the man
He’s the most arrogant little pri-k I’ve run into. Ask the fans in Indy; they’ll tell you the same.

I’m sure they’re crying over their favorite team’s divisional dominance and tremendous body of work over the past 10 years. They were upset about the perfect season thing, but that’s just the fan wanting to believe that “their team” can do anything to anyone on any day. Polian is brilliant, and no Bills fan should furrow their brow in his direction.

I say hate
because there are alot of people in Indy that hate him because of his “arrogant” attitude. Frankly, I dont care. I love the man because all he does is build winners.

I hate the Colts but that's for a entirely different reason, I'll always have much love for Bill Polian
His son on the other hand, not that great of a coach (Brian Polian), due to his father I think he rose through the ranks to fast but where is that not prevalent.

I could care less if the guy is an arrogant SOB (I’m one myself), the fact of the matter is that he’s arguably the best GM in the business and knows more about building championship football teams than anybody.
"The one commonality in both places (Oakland and Buffalo) is an aging owner who keeps interfering too much. Ralph Wilson continually butts his nose in the football operation and tells the team who to draft"
