Kevin Curtis ... The New Josh Reed
With the loss of Josh Reed and T.O., the Bills WR position is in dire need of competition for the 2nd Reciever and Slot reciever positions. With Philadelphia letting Curtis go, I believe it would be wise to take a look at Curtis to possibly add to the mix... I have 0% faith in Roscoe Parrish being any help as a reciever, and Johnson and Hardy, although promising, are very much question marks coming into the season... Drafting a WR in the middle rounds would be nice, but just adds another question mark ... to a questionable WR Corp.
Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.

I like Curtis, Im just nervous about his past 2 years of injury. If he is cleared and ready to go, then yes I think this is a smart move. But I dont want him to be the next Josh Reed… I want him to be a good, productive slot receiver. Hes def got the speed, hes got pretty good hands… just gotta stay healthy.

bum knee?
if he can still rip off a 4.35 40 I’d grab him. He’s living proof that you don’t need a Fitzpatrick-sized medicine ball head to score a 48 on the Wonderlic. 3rd season of a 6 year/$32 million contract is likely why he was cut. Wouldn’t surprise me if he re-signed with the Eagles in a day or two at a more appropriate rate.
Nope no one has signed him yet...
But hes still not a Bill…

just confirms that cutting him wasn’t as crazy as some people were claiming. Nobody else wanted him, either.
He will sign somewhere.....but will probably have to wait until after the draft.
A married man should forget his mistakes. There's no use in two people remembering the same thing!
2 years /4.2 Mill. Contract Sounds About Right
With a 600,000 signing bonus. Enough to buy a nice new home in Clarence, get his wife and kids some new clothes, buy nice SUV and then …. report ASAP to One Bills Drive.
Are you his agent/accountant? I'm JK.

disagree with the parrish
i think parrish would make a great slot receiver he never had a shot though in hof game he was “breaking the ankles” juaron had no faith in him or anybody during the regular season parrish was trying way to hard to make plays instead of doing what came natural this year i think if he gets a shot he will prove alot of doubters wrong
I've never met a QB who can throw off his back
Roscoe Parrish was this teams slot receiver for a couple seasons. He’s had plenty of opportunity to make an impact as a WR.
I signed up for Second Life about a year ago. Back then my life was so great that I literally wanted a second one. In my Second Life I was also a paper salesman and I was also named Dwight. Absolutely everything was the same. Except I could fly. - Dwight Schrute
He's not a great slot reciever by any means, he has had enough time to show his worth.
I think that we have seen what his abilities are and that is being a great punt returner, not slot WR IMO. I say the slot/ # 3 WR should be a rotation of guys and whoever steps up out of these possible guys on the roster currently, S Johnson, J Hardy, S Nelson, R Parrish, or if we get a FA/Draft Pick.

Deffinatly wouldn't b opposed to it.
But I’d also like to see what Roscoe can do in this new regime. Maybe Chan can actually use his strengths in the new system. That being said another expirienced vet like Curtis would deffinatly be an asset.
The more I see, the less I know.

why get rid of roscoe
granted he had a crappo season, but he is depth if we need it and hey who knows maybe this year he will shine again. why get rid of someone who is decent? same as the donte whitner theory of trading, he is a strength unless an offer is high dont get rid of him. unless its say a sweet package roscoe and whitner and? for? but again refer to my first theory
