I've got a mock fevah, and the only cure is more mock!

With less than a week to go, I scouted draft sites, player bios, and YouTube clips to come up with a mock draft (I'm unemployed, can't you tell?). I've got a good feeling about this year, in terms of draft class depth, where we sit, and the # of picks that we have. We might even have an extra third or fourth when Beast Mode goes. Anyhow, if I was in the war room with Buddy Nix, this would be what I would show him.

Round 1 - Jimmy Clausen QB

We gain a potential franchise QB, or at least somebody to be disappointed in for years to come

Round 2 - Eric Norwood OLB

Hello, pass rush, where ya been all my life?

Round 3 - Tony Washington OT

A potential franchise LT, and a mid-round steal. Character issues are way in the past.

Round 4 - Torrel Troup (alternate Linval Joseph) DT

A need pick, but vital to setting up the 3-4 and giving Kyle Williams a hand. Don't think Troup will be here, but he is the first choice.

Round 5 - Deji Karim RB

What Gailey said about a certain hydrophilic insect, and a change-up from Jackson

Round 6 - Chris DeGeare OG

We need to continue building our line. Last year's lesson to be learned.

Round 6 - Nate Byham TE

Solid potential. Good value. Fits the Bill.

Round 7 - Blair White WR

Great slot-receiver potential. Could end up replacing Josh Reed's production.

Round 7 - Brandon Deadrick DE

It's the last pick, folks. I don't care about his character issues with such a little investment. Dude is tough and mean, and just like the O-line, the D-line could use more new blood.

So how did I do? I'm gonna pass on the poll, I'd rather have constructive criticism.

Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.
