Let's say that Lombardi is right and Buffalo is going to take a tackle at 9. Let's even assume that that tackle is worthy of the 9th selection and turns out to be a good/great left tackle for the Bills for 10 years. I'd be thrilled and I think most people here would be as well.
The question, assuming that Lombardi is right about Buffalo's interest in Tebow, becomes what it then costs to get Tebow. Unless there is some kind of QB free-fall, which doesn't seem likely, Tebow won't be on the board when Buffalo is set to pick in the second. How far up the board will Buffalo have to go to get Tebow and what the jump will cost? Check the poll and you can see that the cost of snagging a pair of first rounders could really cripple CHIX's long term recovery plans....depending on how far up the board Buffalo needs to jump in order to get Tebow
(Yeah, I know that there are plenty of posters who would only give up a fat chick they just started dating for Tebow. The point isn't whether Buffalo should get Tebow but how far up the board CHIX needs to go to get him.)
