Jim Kelly says he'd recommend Tim Tebow to the Bills
Kelly said that he'd definitely recommend to the Bills to draft Tebow... in the second round.
Now to his credit Kelly admits that he's not a scout and that he's not qualified to make the recommendation to the Bills to draft Tebow in the first round, but that to him drafting Tebow in the second is a no-brainer.

I got to admit, I thought the Kelly-Tebow man love thing new no boundaries. Apparently it’s between rounds one and two.
