Mr. Lankster

Hey i just wanted to see if everyone has been watching Bills roundup ( I really dislike Chris Brown for some reason). If you have been I was wondering if you've noticed Ellis Lankster having a pretty damn good camp. I feel like if i hear someone had a pass breakup its Poz or Lankster most of the time. This is a short and non informative post, but i just wanted to get everyones thoughts on Lankster and our CB situation.

Hope he turns it on this year

He showed solid skills last preseason, although he was pretty raw. He’ll have the opportunity to win the 4th CB job, as his main competition will be Corner and Youboty. Not exactly a pair of Pro Bowlers there….

Hes been in every highlight it seems breaking up a pass. Im with K, I hope he pushes for the 4th corner. I see a bit slower, but younger version of McGee in him.

i agree i think if Mcgee stays healthy, if florence plays like last year, if mckelvin turns it on and lankster proves to be a steal we could have an elite CB group, and quite possibilly an elite secondary

Lankster also had a great camp last year.

I wouldn’t read too much into it until that success finds its way onto the field. It would be nice if he could bump Reggie Corner out of the nickel role.
