According to Aaron Wilson via Twitter, Terrence Cody has signed with the Ravens for $3.385 million. Hopefully this is just another piece to sign Troup. Edit - Wilson has just reported that Cody failed his conditioning test. Chan and Buddy knew what they were doing with Troup.
