Chan Gailey yells at fans
Chan Gailey won't tolerate Bills insults - AFC East Blog - ESPN
"Too many times I've seen fans ride a player unmercifully from the stands only to turn into trembling fawns when the player comes to the rail to sign an autograph or pose for a picture. It's a safe assumption the same fans who grow Internet muscles when they post anonymously on a message board would go scrambling for a Sharpie if they knew they might get to meet the same player they've been ripping online."

"That’s what this game is about the fans," said Gailey. "We’re trying to play the game so that we get people excited and enthusiastic about pulling for their team. And their team is the Buffalo Bills and that’s what it’s about. That’s a big part of what we’re trying to get done, being successful for the fans."

"When you have a coach like that, as a team you kind of have that support behind you, it really makes you want to go out and give your all for a guy like that," added outside linebacker Aaron Maybin.

Gailey Versus the Teens: Where Nobody Wins - NickMendola.com
Do I like the "get off my lawn" side of Gailey? Yes, for the most part. I just don’t like the thin-skinned appearance of this episode. Grown men should be able to handle chirping from some kids, but then again these kids may have needed to take guff from the coach of their presumably favorite team. Either way, it’s a bad moment in an otherwise completely acceptable training camp.

Buffalo Bills Training Camp
Gailey Angry at Team and Fans | WIVB.com
"I don’t ascribe to that. I think sometimes at home, especially those guys that are married, they’re changing diapers at night, so there’s a lot of distraction in that respect too. Guys kind of want to go out at night, and that’s kind of a distraction. I think being here [at St. John Fisher College] and having it at a place like this is a pretty good situation to keep their full attention for the whole time you’re here."

Gailey: Wildcat must feature passing threat - AFC East Blog - ESPN
"The Miami Dolphins unleashed their Wildcat offense out of desperation. Trying to build something under new head coach Tony Sparano after a 15-loss season, they opened the 2008 campaign 0-2. Their passing game couldn't stretch the field, but they did boast a deep and talented backfield. If only they could figure out a way to utilize multiple running backs on a given play ... Sound familiar, Buffalo Bills fans?"

Scouts Inc.: Impact of smaller nose tackles - AFC East Blog - ESPN
"As for Williams, he too has some upfield ability and could use his leverage and quickness to get penetration off the snap. He certainly is not a bad player. But I just can’t envision him holding up play after play with his physical dimensions. He might be effective in spurts, but Troup will need to contribute heavily to make Buffalo’s transition to a 3-4 successful. "
