Thats weird… why would they IR him if he could have been back in October… something doesnt add up.

And this really ticks me off…

Yeah, that is weird

Wasted season for Easley, for sure. Let’s hope that was the best case scenario and not the likely scenario.

Yeah hopefully its something that they didnt want it to get worse so they were just shutting him down. But still kind of odd that they have never came out and said what happened.

We'll show him!
sending Jackson to Buffalo would teach Jackson a lesson

Lesson: Hold out and we trade you to a team that will treat you with respect and actually wants you!!

Starting to wonder why it seems Bills players get IR’d like it’s in fashion. Easley deserved better than them giving up on his ability to come back early.

Least this way he is in no hurry to get get back out there and potentially not heal fully. He can still learn his playbook and will have plenty of time to train once he’s healed. Hopefully should be good to go day one next year and not end up on the pup like Hardy did.

Would you trade the Bills #1 pick in 2011...

…to San Diego for Vincent Jackson AND Marcus McNeill?

Yes.

But now way would that ever happen… but yes I would take that trade.

Do you think it is too one-sided? If so, for which side?

Nix would be arrested for robbery

If all the stars align, pigs learn to fly, humanity achieves world peace, doctors discover a cure for cancer, scientists perfect cold fusion, and hell freezes over, the Bills might win the SB this year.

First overall pick for an established LT and a top tier WR. Sign me up brother.

What if...

… the Bills included a former 2nd round pick WR to sweeten the deal (and restock the Chargers depth)?

That I would also do… and seems a little more fair

I’m not sure. Maybe they felt he wasn’t quite ready and took advantage of the injury to “protect” him and place him on IR instead of the practice squad which would have made him vulnerable to be picked up by another team. If he comes back early can he still practice or must he leave the team?

So no game locally, right?

I wonder if the bars will have it on? I’m guessing no, as it’s not a sellout. It’s too bad the Bills aren’t more like the Saints…that place was rockin’ for a preseason game.
