I’m not sure. Maybe they felt he wasn’t quite ready and took advantage of the injury to “protect” him and place him on IR instead of the practice squad which would have made him vulnerable to be picked up by another team. If he comes back early can he still practice or must he leave the team?

I wonder if the bars will have it on? I’m guessing no, as it’s not a sellout. It’s too bad the Bills aren’t more like the Saints…that place was rockin’ for a preseason game.
