are saying he took the comment down. Could this mean he was offered a practice squad spot? But don’t they usually tell you they plan on putting you on the PS when they tell you that you didn’t make the 53 man roster?

I’m not trying to get into a squabble with you, but you might want to take a hard look at your own advice and lighten up. I have about 25 friends on this board, most of them ex Buffalonian’s here in the Charlotte NC area. We all talk about this board often and certainly appreciate your dedication and hard work, but you come off as condescending. Your comments are often denigrating, especially if anyone disagrees with you.

To be fair...

I don’t think there is another poster on this board whos uses the smiley face as much as Brian!

However, I think it is up to everyone to assume the best from each other on this board. That means that if someone seems a bit sharp or condescending in a post the first assumption should be that it is not intentional. Remember that the normal back and forth and nuance of verbal conversation is lost online.

I also think that we have a high quality of readership on this blog and as such they are naturally skeptical. That means if you are introducing new information into a discussion you should cite your sources. That way someone can check your source themselves and decide how legitimate they think it is. It is nothing personal against the poster and it can even strengthen your argument.

Thus ends the public service annoucement. :)
