The Bills today signed tight end DajLeon Farr to be the eighth member of the practice squad. Farr spent time with the Chargers and Cowboys this offseason after signing as an UDFA out of Memphis.

Somewhere Levi Brown is smashing his head against the wall....

I really am kind of shocked that Levi Brown wasn’t asked to be on the practice squad… obviously Gailey has his reasons, though I wish I knew what those were. It certainly is not because he had a little temper tantrum on his twitter page, is it? I mean, he wasn’t the greatest in preseason, but every time Gailey talked about him he gave him praise. Kind of makes me feel like if Edwards, or in succession, Fitz/Brohm doesn’t have a good season, we’re going to draft high for QB next year.
Brown didn’t have much of a preseason, in my opinion. I thought he deserved more of a chance to show his ability. I certainly didn’t notice it in practice or in 3 out of 4 games. I’m still baffled why they drafted him, then talked him up like he was their guy all along. It seems funny to cut ties that easily with someone they went out of their way to discuss on more than one occasion.

I watched Brown's performance vs the Lions again
Kid made some nice throws and good decisions. I can’t believe they didn’t think he was worth a PS spot. Very disappointing.
If all the stars align, pigs learn to fly, humanity achieves world peace, doctors discover a cure for cancer, scientists perfect cold fusion, and hell freezes over, the Bills might win the SB this year.

I thought he was going to be on IR, but it looks like he’s been released now.
Okay let's talk pronunciation.
Is it a silent J? Does the first part rhyme with mirage?
CJ Spiller: CJ stands for Chris Johnson.
I'm just here asking the tough questions, Brian.

I wouldn’t have known the answer to that tough question had the Bills not texted the pronunciation with the announcement. But they put it in as DAY-lee-on. :)

Come on you sign this guy over Brown
I saw Brown’s last game. Made some great throws. Then he did the pick six thing. He’s a rookie. He just wasn’t given a chance. It’s not like were set at our Q.B. depth. Boy wouldn’t it be funny if he comes back to bite us. Something like , the pats q.b. of the future lol……..
