The Bills strategy room should be making it happen with the Colts, trading down to #22.
The Colts and Manning's window is closing and A.J. Green would make a terrific addition to that offense.
Players such as:
Von Miller, OLB/DE Texas AM
Nate Solder, OT Colorado;
JJ Watt, DE Wisconsin
Gabe Carimi, OT Wisconsin
Derek Sherrod, OT Mississippi St
Cameron Heyward, DE/DT Ohio St
Adrian Clayborn, DE/DT Iowa
...may still be on the board at #22.
I encourage Buddy Nix & Co. to actively pursue trading down. There is a bulk of quality NFL football players slotted into the late 1st - mid 3rd round, having as many picks in those rounds of the draft would provide the Bills the opportunity to add an extra dose of talent to the roster than normally would be generated through the draft.
