Mixed feeling QB possibility
Cedric Benson in Cincinnatti, Ricky Williams in Miami, Michael Vick in Philidelphia, and now Vince Young in ???? I silently hope the Bills take a serious look at aquiring the troubled QB. A second chance is sometimes what a spoiled athlete needs to prove himself. His ego has been beat up a little bit, hopefully enough to help him realize how lucky they are to have the talents they have. Cedric Benson left Chicago mid-season and made an immediate impact for the Bengals. Ricky Williams revived the Dolphins running attack with the whole wildcat offense. Of course, Michael Vick returned to a starter position this year and had an amazing year, and seems to have changed a bit. I hope Vince Young is another troubled player who can revive his career, I am from Texas and he was amazing in 2005 BCS Championship game, anyways if his career is to be turned around what better place than a franchise starving for a franchise quarterback. I would love nothing more than for this to be true, however recent comments by him still show that he may not have changed enough, or that he may still be unable to be mature enough to realize what he did was so wrong. I hope he does change and I hope its with the Bills
Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.

I'm confused by your title and then at the beginning you mention 2 RB's.
Help?
The score dictated they pass

well if you continue to read
which I am sure you did, Vince Young is the QB possibility for the Bills, and BEnson, WiIliams (the 2 RBs) and Vick, are examples of troubled players who made good with their second teams. All different circumstances, and while I am not for or against the Bills taking a flyer on Vincent Young, I would be head over heels happy if he did, and was successful. If he didnt and wasn’t… well, that would be just another notch in the belt that smacks against the behinds of bills fans everywhere
Go Bills because I'm a blind homer... sort of
As someone who initially failed out of college only to return a few years later to become an A student and earn two degrees I fully believe in second chances. Beyond second chances my own experience leads me to be more patient with guys taking time to mature mentally into the pro game rather then just physically. That being said unless Young manages to mature mentally and emotionally the last thing we need is drama.
You have to admit the price is right! :-)
Well, at least he is available with no strings attached, if you don’t count the drama factor. After all, there’s only so much trouble you can get into in Buffalo.

But the price is NOT right. Vince and his agent are currently.........
.. covered in a cloud of dreams. Vince wants big money. And his agent is telling him he is worth it. He is not.
I live near Nashville. Vince has been coddled since ………. forever.
Jeff Fischer is the most even-keeled coach in the NFL.
And Vince couldn’t work with him.

PLEASE JUST SAY NO TO VY!!!!
I also live very close to Nashville and I honestly don’t think that VY has the tools to play in a city like Buffalo. His arm and his accuracy are REALLY not as good as what people think they are. I am not even gonna get into the character or mental problems the guy has. Also for those that are gonna say that he has a winning record then you also have to look at the entire team since he has started. Overall defense since he started has been top 10 for the most part. Run game= above average. Offensive line= very strong. These are thing s the Bills need to fix before ANY Qb can be 100% successful with the Bills.
I say draft Mcelroy late in the draft and give him a year. He has been playing with a GREAT college coach and system.

SAY NO TO VY
I dont want my QB on chippewaa street with his shirt off drinking straight from a Patron bottle.
I dont want my QB considering suicide because he got booed.
I dont want my QB to not realize he just screwed up a great oppurtunity with a team perfectly suited to maximize his talents.
I dont want my QB to think he’s an Elite QB, I want my QB to be an Elite QB
I dont want my QB tearing his jersey in half and throwing it in the crowd when he gets hurt and put on the bench.
I dont want my QB starting a fight in a strip club because someone was smart enough to say “down horns” (I hate Texas)
I still remember flying paper airplanes at One Bills Drive during a game against the Redskins during the strike year... my first Bills game.
I own a Rob Johnson signed jersey, so with that in mind if i like the Bills QB just expect him to fall on a football and break his ribs.

Um I'm going with the people above
There are better options at FA or who are on the trading block then VY.
