As a Packer Fan...

I've got to admit to myself that the worst offseason move we made,by far, was not trying to get Nick Barnett to resign. People argue that he's getting up in age and he's a little injury prone. I say bullcrap. What is injury prone after all? Is it that the people who get injured are most often the ones who are engaged in the most contact? That contact, will inevitably be the reason why someone gets hurt.

I've not yet been able to get a Bills game in Wisconsin, and I'm too cheap to get one of the NFL plans, so I'm stuck with local TV, but I wouldn't be too suprised to find Buffalo doing better this year with his experience and fantastic play.

Then this weekend, the highlights are coming out. Low and behold, I see a Lambeau Leap in Buffalo. Unsuprisingly, I find the cause of the leap to be none other than our former MLB, Nick Barnett, and I think to myself for not the first time, "it was a mistake to release him."

I'm happy that he landed himself on a winning team. He deserves it, and it's been a long wait for success for your team. Good luck for both Nick and the Buffalo Bills.
