As disappointed as I am with the loss, along with everyone else, I feel that it may be a blessing in disguise. Here are my reasons why...This team needed to experience a loss. Not saying that our heads were over-inflated just yet; however, this loss may keep us grounded at the perfect time. Let's say for example we win against the Bengals yesterday, now we are 4-0 and have to play the "Dream Team" who is beyond hungry for a win. If we take them too lightly because we feel "invincible" we lose that game. Then we would have to go into New York and play the G-Men. Our spirits may be deflated after this theoretical loss to Philly and then the G-Men take it to us. Now we have the bye week and our team has just lost 2 straight, the overall morale would be very low. With this said, this loss to the Bungles I believe will keep our vision clear. We know now that we in fact, CAN be beaten. We have experienced that, now we come back strong at home and take it to everybody's favorite dog lover. We catch a win at home versus Philly and I think our chances at Big Blue are now much greater. Obviously this is all theoretical and could be complete BS; however, in my head - it adds up. We need to overcome adversity, and I think these Buffalo Bills can. Whereas, the Bills of the past cannot. Keep your spirits up, we are still in 1st place in the division and the Jets look suspect at best. Don't lose hope it's one game - play like a champion on Sunday - Beat Philly.
