The 4-2 Buffalo Bills will "host" the 3-3 Washington Redskins today in Toronto, seeking not only their first regular season win on Canadian soil since agreeing to export one game per season north of the border in 2008, but also to erase the stench of a pre-bye week loss to the New York Giants.
I asked Kevin Ewoldt, manager of SB Nation's Redskins community, Hogs Haven, for his game-day prediction. Surprisingly, he's feeling rather down on his tough Redskins team - or, rather, how they match up against the Bills.
"Redskins fans are quite optimistic we can steal one here," writes Ewoldt. "The Bills are 0-3 in Toronto, although of course that was with much worse Bills teams. Quality running backs always have big days against the Redskins defense, and poor-tackling defenses don't fix problems in a week. I'm taking the Bills in a blowout. Bills 33, Redskins 17."
I'm on record predicting a 20-17 Bills win. Who are you going with today, folks?
