Okay, on Oct 17 I posted a poll after we lost to the Giants and fell to 4-2.  I wanted to know what everyone thought our final record would be.  At the time, I predicted 9-7 as I liked our progress but wasn't totally buying into us as a playoff team yet.

8% of you thought we'd go 11-5, 50% predicted 10-6, 25% predicted 9-7, 9% said we'd go 8-8, 2% said 7-9 and 2% said 6-10.  Those 6 and 7 win predictions looked pretty foolish at the time, but they aren't looking quite as crazy anymore.  Those 10 and 11 win predictions are looking like the foolish picks now.

Given the injuries and total regression in every aspect of our team over the last 3 weeks, I am dropping my prediction of our final record from 9-7 to 8-8.  I am seriously considering a 7-9 prediction.  I know everyone thinks the Miami games are easy wins.  I am not buying that.  In fact, I will be SHOCKED if we beat them on the road next week.  Our next win might not come until our next home game.
