Terrell Owens
Please DO NOT wish death up me Yet!
I know we can all agree that our team is completely depleted damn near in every position ... I do not love the guy or his character in the locker room. In my opinion, I really do not care what a professional does with his/her life off of the field. However the fact that he has an awesome skill set that may spark some respect for the deep threat. Then we would not be some what a mid range targeting team and getting picked off every other attempt.
Right now the Buffalo Bills players are reminiscent to the somewhat survivors from DAWN of the DEAD!
So what would would is your opinion? Yay or Nay for TERRELL OWENS? Please explain!
Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.

Enjoyed TO while he was here
TO may have really helped the Bills this year (if he was healthy) but at this point I am looking forward to seeing the younger Bills and the core Bills work through this tough period of the season. For one I am looking forward to seeing Kamir Aiken play. If depth is a problem with this team, they better use this time to get younger players experience and come back as a real contender next year. Just my thoughts. Go Bills!

I agree .. it is definitely time to get the younger players some experience. But where do we draw the line between pulling in some veteran players and just letting some professionally unexperienced players take the helm?
For every handful of rookies/unexperienced players.. there maybe 1 player that will completely step up to the plate and demonstrate that he can play at this level ..
Btw I thought TO was healthy again ..
Many of the other teams have had WR issues, and none of them have hired him to date.
This fact tells me the risk/reward aspect is lacking.

I will not completely disagree with you … I think that there some validity to what you stated .. on the flip side I think he has also become Black Balled in the league ..
I will always say this .. if you get paid to catch the rock .. then as long as you do that .. my concerns off of the field are dont matter imo ..
I wanted TO
when we had a shot to the playoffs. We could be way better with him in Jones place.
With that said, now i don’t belive we have any chance to make the playoffs, so, i think the better option is see what Kamar Aiken ciuld do in his spot.

I wrote something similar on a post 10 days ago
And I agree, at the time it made more sense as there was a reasonable chance the Bills would make the playoffs.
But now the question is whether or not it is better for the young receivers to get more game reps, then to bring in a rusty 6 game stop gap. IF you felt positive about the long term viability of the young players, then yes it’s better to ramp up their learning curve. However, most of these guys seem like the same type of receiver a bit short on talent. On any other team they would be a practice squad bodies. Actually, would include the Bills themselves had they not lost their talent to injury (e.g. Parrish, Easley).
Moreover, what is to be gained in losing badly with inferior talent. It saps the entire team of any confidence and makes things seem worse than they really are. This team needs to re-evaluate its draft dependent strategy and sign some quality veterans that are truly additions not just replacements for departing players.
Yea, I would still consider TO, or any step that involves winning.

Im all for TO at this point...
cant hurt
I still remember flying paper airplanes at One Bills Drive during a game against the Redskins during the strike year... my first Bills game.
I own a Rob Johnson signed jersey, so with that in mind if i like the Bills QB just expect him to fall on a football and break his ribs.

Of course!!
Some may not agree, but TO did a good job while in Buffalo before, he didn’t start drama on the sidelines, unless of course the players deserved it. I would LOVE to see him comeback to us again, I was saying this at the beginning of the season, and I believe we need him now even more, GO GET HIM!!! There’s our deep threat we are lacking!
No
No to TO, when I say him taking plays off watching him I lost respect for his purported work ethic. We need young, hungry talent, or proven, not washed up, end of career talent. Why we let Evan’s go?

He look at it like this .. TO would be that spare DONUT you have when your tire blow out .. yes it is a eye sore, however it serves its purpose as a temporary fix ..

He has been hurt the entire season and in the first 2 games he did play with Baltimore he was hurt so we made the right choice letting him go
