Now that I have had time to cool off since the terrible game of last week, I will try to get the whole perspective...

I dont think we can blame Chan Gailey for our record or performance in 2011. Here are the reasons why...

-No talent at all....If you look at the future playoff temas, they all own a bunch of talent...Even the Lions have Clavin Johnson, Pettigrew...The Packers have all those wrs and of course Rodgers. The Steelers have bunch of playmakers on defense...We can go on and on.... The Bills dont have enough talent, lets face it. Our recievers are overachieves, but that doesnt mean they are stars...Our line is good, but we dont have elite tackles or anything close....

-Defense sucks....We dont have pass rushers...You need to have better players on the defensive side...I am a firm believer that some there are some things "you cant coach"...Besides Kyle Williams and Marcell Dareus, we lack talent all around.

-Year 2- Chan is only in his second season...He already has more wins than last year, so you can call than improvement.

-He needs help from Buddy Nix. I still believe in "Chix" as a GM, but he really needs to come through and hit home runs...He has to be able to find elite players for this team.

-Injuries- It seems like good teams get good breaks all the time and bad teams, well....Wood, Williams, Mcgee, Jackson, the list goes on and on...How many starters can you lose in 2 weeks?  I know its part of the game, but it still sucks.
