Bills owner: Team open to renewing Toronto series - BuffaloBIlls.com
"The Buffalo Bills have held talks to continue playing annual games in Toronto. And quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick isn't going anywhere, but needs more talent around him. Those were among the messages Bills owner Ralph Wilson delivered during a telephone interview with The Associated Press on Thursday."

Inside The Bills | Bills set for RB at QB for Broncos
"He’s a guy that can spin and shake out of tackles. he’ll lower his head, he’ll try to run over you," said Chris Kelsay. "He’s a running back at the quarterback position. In their empty sets, they will get all the running backs out of the backfield and run typical running plays with him as running back. Linebacker traps with the quarterback running the football. He’s a guy you have to swarm and get a lot of hats on."

Broncos-Bills Preview - BuffaloBills.com
"Leading the AFC West by one game with two weeks left in the regular season, the Denver Broncos hope to avoid another collapse and finally return to the playoffs for the first time in six years. That challenge might be a little easier with the reeling Buffalo Bills awaiting."

Inside The Bills | C.J. out to be better set up man
"I’m still making my moves too early, but overall I’m getting better," he said. "It’s very hard but you can still control it. You don’t have to do it too early, especially when you’re about eight yards away from a guy because there aren’t too many guys you’re going to make miss when you’re eight yards away. That’s the thing that I’m trying to constantly work on. Getting closer and just hitting with a one step and go."

Inside The Bills | Chan still hopeful for Chandler
"Chandler was limited, but he looked good," said Gailey. "I think we’ve got a decent chance to have Scott this week."

NFL.com news: Spiller: Tebow was more friend than rival in high school
"We played them early in my high school career," Spiller said on "The Dave Dameshek Football Program" this week. "I wouldn't necessarily say it was a rivalry. We kind of became friends. I know his parents, and he's got a great family."

NFL.com news: Hard work paid for Bills' Wilson, so he preaches same to kids
"I tell them to choose their friends wisely and surround themselves with people who genuinely want to see them succeed," said Wilson. "I also tell them to pick a dream and take a step towards fulfilling it every day because time doesn't repeat itself. They have to take advantage of every moment to try and get better at something and not let people in their lives who might hold them back."

Defense circles the wagons around Edwards - The Buffalo News
"As the avalanche of criticism from fans and media toward George Edwards grows, the one place the Buffalo Bills' defensive coordinator can find peace is in the team locker room. It is there that Edwards has a deep bench of supporters who made it clear that whatever needs fixing about the Bills' defense, it's not the man guiding them."

"If anything supports the theory that fantasy football can be wildly volatile, it's this: C.J. Spiller led all running backs in points last week."

"You know, I wish him nothing but the best," said Tebow. "He's got five an a half sacks or something like that. He's doing pretty good and I'm happy for that; glad to see his success because he is such a good guy off the field."

Tebowmania can’t block a Buffalo blackout | ProFootballTalk
"That dynamic could prompt owner Ralph Wilson to consider making drastic changes. Though coach Chan Gailey and G.M. Buddy Nix aren’t believed to be on the hot seat, Wilson could decide that bigger names are needed, both to fill seats and to increase the chances of the team making it back to the playoffs."

From: Defense circles the wagons around Edwards – Sports – The Buffalo News

The Bills have allowed 371 points with two games remaining in 2011 after giving up 425 last year — a virtually identical average per game. It goes right in step with the Bills’ NFL-low 21 sacks, six fewer than last season’s 16-game total.

I don’t know what more could be said to indicate the defensive game plan is sub-par. Most people feel the players on defense now, compared to last year, are a better group. The article also mentions this point. Injuries play a part, but the results are so poor that I do not see why the Bills will not pursue a DC that can produce better results.

When the job is finished no one remembers how long it took, just how well it was performed.

Every year it's the same thing with Ralph Wilson.

The team just needs more talent. The QB is their guy. They don’t need a change there. I’m so incredibly tired of hearing it.

Fitzpatrick is not their guy. He’s a guy. A good guy. A QB who can take a hit. But not a fantastic player at the position. I wish someone would get the right message out to Wilson.

"Go check on the ribs!"
