Something fishy's goin on around here...

We all know that our beloved Freddy Jackson is not eligible for the Pro Bowl because he was placed on the IR... But Pats DE Andre Carter was announced as an AFC Starter today, more than a week after he was placed on the IR. Why is Fred not eligible, but Carter is?
