I couldn't agree more. I understand why Newton is such a popular topic here, and can understand the logic for picking him. No doubt we need a franchise QB, but I just don't see either Gabbert or Newton as a good pick at #3 (agree to disagree if you wish- but you won't convince me). We shouldn't feel like we have to take a QB just because we have a high pick and we need one. If the Bills take the huge risk on Cam it may pay off, but it could also set us back 4 years and effectively cause the end to Gaileys, possibly Nix's time in Buffalo (with a few more bad seasons). Unless their sold on the guy (or Gabbert), just play it safe and draft a stud who can make the team better and worry about QB next season...
