With Patrick Peterson's awesome skill-set soberly staring Bills' fans in the face, like some giant monster in a empty room, it's time to run away and talk surgery. Yeah! Wahoo!
If D'Quan Bowers' never tore his meniscus, he'd probably be gone by pick 3. He is a perfect fit as a 3-4 end, a guy who could really help against the run and pass. If healthy, he could make a huge impact as a rookie in our greatest area of need. So, is this a giant opprotunity to get a great 10-year dominant DE? Or, is it a story of what could have been for Mr. Bowers?
A friend of mine tore his ACl and meniscus and he says for him, it is more of a pain thing than anything else. It was enough pain to end playing his favorite sport; soccer. He had his surgery in Buffalo about twenty-five years ago.....How much have they improved this surgery since then? And, how much does it matter to have the best surgeon available (never mind that Bowers didn't even tear his ACL!) So, how about it Bills' fans, what do you think is Bowers' immediate and long term NFL prognosis? POLL BELOW....
As an aside topic, I would like to say that JJ Watt is racing up my draft board....I say that there is no way Watt busts.....
GO BILLS!
