Saw a quick story on the NFL network and I swear I saw Meatball in Jay Glazer's MMA gym training to be a bad-ass. It was great to see and I say let's get more Bills in there. More proof this may be a great training option for NFL-types? Clay Matthews was there as were a few other all-pros. It's no wonder Glazer gets so many news scoops when he is their trainer! Go Meatball!!!

Shawne Merriman does a lot of that stuff, but I’ve never heard of Williams doing it.

Watched the video. I’ll assume you guys are looking at the guy in the light blue shirt with the black stripe down the side. That is not Kyle Williams.

I think that guy ate Kevin Boss
Guy looked like he was 6’3"+ and over 300 lbs with that gut.

Actually, I think the rec is an under-used feature.
