At the start of every month, we're going to poll the readers of Buffalo Rumblings on their state of mind regarding the chief decision-makers of the Buffalo Bills. This is your poll to state your pleasure, or lack thereof, with head coach Chan Gailey. Here are some stories Gailey has been heavily involved with over the last month.

Or not. With the NFL lockout in full force, league coaches haven't had an awful lot to do or say since the 2011 NFL Draft ended. Behind the scenes, Buffalo's coaches continue to prepare for the 2011 season, even knowing that they'll have less time with their players than usual - perhaps significantly so.

We'll continue to roll on with our monthly approval polls through the lockout, but obviously, we're not expecting a lot of change in Gailey's approval from May.
