Fellow Rumbling brothers, 

I wanted to take the time and author up a Fan Post to explain the origins of the term "Buffalo Billy-Goats." You see, we are undeserved of the title "Buffalo Bills". A team who constantly underperforms, misses out on top talent in drafts / free agents, gets no respect from media outlets, and has a sub par coaching staff doesnt deserve to be called their proper name. They're the goats. And they will continue to be for some time - probably until they lock on to a QB and get an O-Line that can stand up straight.

Now dont get me wrong, I love the goats. Im rooting for them more than anyone to become the Buffalo Bills again, but Im not sure if this is the year. Calling them the goats signifies that youre from Buffalo, are proud to be, and hey - this is what happens when you are so. Skates get tangled in the crease, music city miracles play on infinite repeat, and a wide right pooch set off a series of unfortunate events. 

Ill be watching every game with my Labatts and goat-gear rooting for the fellas to return to glory, but when I cheer - I cheer for the goats. Moderate expectations, realistic approaches, and Buffalo Goat Pride! Go Goats!!
