With the release of Madden 12 just next week, I thought it would be fun to see how everyone wins with our favorite team the Buffalo Bills. Do you use the regular roster the whole season? Do you Ditka all your draft picks and sign Peyton Manning? Do you scour the free agent market and sign everyone possible? Do you happen to be that naughty guy who edits everyone to make them all 99s? I'm curious to see how many different styles of management we use as fans to bring our team to awesomeness.

I'll start off by telling how I took the Bills to the Super Bowl my first season. And for the record I play on all pro so no I didn't use thee rookie setting lol. First I signed Flozell Adams who was a free agent before my first season began. I switched Bell to the right tackle spot. Then I signed Tanard Jackson and traded him to the Chiefs for Tamba Hali. He's a Penn Stater so I couldn't help myself. I signed Marc Bulger as my backup quarterback and traded a 4th Round pick (that I got for Aaron Maybin) for Mario Manningham.

Well folks thats what I did to lead my team to glory. I finished the season 11-5 and made the Wild Card round. From there I smoked the Bengals and beat the Patriots then had an overtime win over Pittsburgh. I won the Super Bowl playing against the Minnesota Vikings. Now that you know my secret, the question is how do you build your dream team? I look forward to everyone's response.
