The Bills DOMINATED the Chiefs last Sunday, and now everybody is like, "Oh, it's just one game, the Chiefs aren't that good, we all remember 2008...." yadayadayada....
We are good folks. Accept it. We are a good football team. This is not 2008. Dickie Jauron has bent and broken, and the age of winning has begun. The players all know it already, and the fans need to get on board.
We have an elite pass rushing LB who likes to conserve electricity. Our DL is an indomitable wall of menace. Nick Barnett is everywhere. He is behind you right now. Jairus Byrd is emerging as a elite NFL safety. George Wilson has the highest approval rating of any Senator, and Bryan Scott is a transformer.
We have the smartest QB in the NFL who can pick apart defenses like leftover Thanksgiving turkey. We have an elite #1 playmaking WR hungry for his first real NFL payday. Fred Jackson has the power to run over linebackers and the agility to dance on their pancaked corpses. Our genius coach turned a character from "Friends" into the NFL-leading TD-catching tight end.
So here is my prediction for Sunday's game. Oakland plays well, makes few mistakes, and LOSES 45-14.
Fitz bags 3TD's in the first half. FJack goes 100+ again and gets his first rushing TD of the year. Brad Smith busts a couple of jaw-dropping big yardage plays. McFadden averages 5 yards a carry and picks up 70 yards rushing, leading the naysayers to worry that our rush defense is still a problem. Of course, after Oakland goes down 21-0 in the 1st quarter, "the score dictated they pass". Oh, and I almost forgot -- after the game ESPN moves us up to #26 in the power rankings. And the Bills get 2 seconds of highlights on Sportscenter.
You don't have to get on the bus now. There's always room for true Bills fans. But the good seats are filling up fast, folks.... NOW IS THE TIME TO BILLIEVE.

No matter our record this year, that game was something to get excited about. Personally, I do believe we’ll be better this year. A lot better. But I’m just a crazy, over-enthusiastic (female) fan so what do I know? Haha.

Quite enjoyable
Great read Dude! Beaucoup one liners throughout. What surprised me this week more than anything else was the willingness of media outlets to jump on the Bills wagon after one game. I mean either they see what we see or they are afraid they will miss out if they don’t get on board early. Either way, we the former downtrodden know who has been with us from the start, and who the “johnny come lately’s” are.
Chan built this team with the expressed purpose of getting big up front. This weekend will tell if the job is well done, or a work in progress. Either way, get your popcorn, and fasten your seatbelts. this is gonna be a humdinger!!

Well done. Great post. However I have to add that I’ve been on the ‘bus’. Therefore there is no need to vote:)
As a side note, not sure how many have NFL network, but they are doing something awesome this yr. They have a show where they spend like 10 minutes covering highlights from a bunch of games. What makes it unique is that the head coach is miked. And they play considerable coverage of the coach before and after plays. What I want to point out in all of this is the Browns game. Pat Shurmer was miked. I’m watching without thinking much of it. Then I see Gradkowski throw a TD to a wide open AJ Green, then C Benson take it off tackle, untouched, for a 60 yard TD. The camera then shows Dickie Jauron, staring off into oblivion (we all know THAT look). Pat stands next to Dickie and consoles him. Like a Dad to a little boy. I AM DEAD SERIOUS. I thought Dick was going to cry!
Now I’m not trying to beat a guy while he’s down. Jauron is a very nice man by all reports (I’ve never met him). But to see that throw and especially that untouched off tackle run late in the 4th quarter, well, all I can say is that I am sooooooooooooooo happy to be done with that small front 4-3 Dickie J defense.
Sorry if I hijacked. Just thought you’d appreciate the info!
