Hello fellow rumblers, as this will be my first post ever, and my first of many mock drafts. I encourage you to post in the comments below as of what you think of this one. this mock draft will be played as to who i would pick according to if i was Buddy Nix and as if we pick in the 10-12 range.

round 1. Jonathan Martin LT...

He is the answer to our long need at tackle. None of our lineman seemed to stay healthy this season. with this guy we have a solild starter at tackle for the next decade. Griffin, Claiborne, and Kalil wouldnt fall this far. other players i would look at at this range are LT Jon Martin, CB Dre Kirpatrick, and LB Vontaze Burfict.

Round 2. Vinny Curry OLB

if we got Curry at this range it would be a steal! he is an absolute beast and is probably one of the best pure pass rushers in the draft. other players i would look at are OLB Brandon Jenkins, QB Ryan Tannehill, ILB Donta Hightower, Hybrid DE Alex Okafor.

Round 3 Shea Mcellin OLB

AKA our other answer at OLB he is a great pass rusher and would provide great rotation on the outside on passing downs. Kelsay is a horrid pass rusher but is a great run defender, but the job of an OLB on a 34 defense is pass rush. Kelsay is not the answer. watch some tape on Shea and you will see a beast. other players i would consider. TE Coby Fleener, G Amini silatolu,

Round 4a Jonathan Banks CB

has good ball skills and good flexiblity, will be a nice depth pick to the cornerback position. other players i would pick are CB Trumaine Johnson, Emmanual Acho ILB, NT Josh Chapman.

Round 4b Emmanual Acho ILB

i was thinking we needed a tight end here but that can wait another year with Chandler doing solid. to bolster our depth i have a very underrated player from Texas here. he can provide good depth for Shepperd and Barnett, and given Barnetts injury history i'd say this is a good pick. other players to look at Jacquies Smith OLB, Kheeston Randall DT.

round 5 Lucas Nix OG

a big guy at 6'5 310 seems perfect for depth and may even contend for a starting job on the RG position. other players to look at here OT Matt Reynolds, TE Rhett Ellison.

Round 6 Omar Bolden CB

good depth and could even start at the nickel set. other players i would look at here Eddie Whitley S, Quentin Saulsberry C.

round 7 Joe Adams WR.

Runs a 4.38 forty and can stretch the field deep. nice sleeper value here. other players i would pick here FS Tramain Thomas, FB Cody Johnson.
