Steve Fairchild is joining Norv Turner in San Diego, as senior offensive assistant/special assignments, Which as far as I can tell, is headcoaching for Norv, when he's to busy doing other headcoaching things. Dead serious by the way, that's what the article makes the job sound like. Good work if you can get it I guess.
