Rumor: Buddy Nix to retire after April Draft, Doug Whaley to be new GM

The website BuffaloWins.com is reporting that a "source close to the Bills" has told them that Buddy Nix will be stepping down this year. If true, this could make the year's draft plans a lot more intriguing, as well as keep Chan Gailey under more scrutiny when the new GM takes over.
