Its amazing how we always find ways to show excuses for not winning. I am tired of hearing words like "rebuilding", "injuries", "unexperienced", "young", whatever...Good teams find a way to win, no matter what. Steelers have won games without Mendenhall, Polamalu, even Big Ben for heaven sakes...Patriots have won games with a depleted secondary in years past. Ravens have found ways to win without Ed Reed and Ray Lewis...

I mean, please, the Buffalo Bills are running out of time here...This is a serious matter. I am starting to lose patience...I think Nix has built a strong team, however, I hate the blind trust he has over Gailey and Fitz.

MAIN REASON TO OUR PROBLEM: Our coaching has been horrible. We are not prepared during gamedays. Turnovers, missed tackles, lack of effort, big time mistakes...Those things are always coaches fault. Same thing as the Chiefs. They have a bunch of talented players (Cassel sucks, but they do have some good guys), but they lack concentration and good coaching.

Sure Gailey knows how to manage the offense sometimes, but he is not a real head coach. Players do not believe in him, just look at their body language during games.

Mario Williams has been horrible. I dont care if he has played "just 5 games", you get 100mill., you better start producing, thats why they brought him here...

Sorry for this negative post, just showing some frustration.
