When the Buffalo Bills take on the Arizona Cardinals in roughly an hour, they'll have arguably their best defender on the field of play. Defensive tackle Kyle Williams is active and suited up despite only practicing once this week with a foot injury.

Two other players listed as questionable - right guard Chad Rinehart and free safety Jairus Byrd - are also active, and will also start. That's a step in the right direction for Rinehart, who was active but was a last-minute scratch from the starting lineup with a calf injury.

The list of Bills players that are not playing is not a terribly surprising group: tackle Cordy Glenn, guard Kraig Urbik, defensive end Mark Anderson and defensive tackle Spencer Johnson are all injured, guard Reggie Wells has only been with the team for a few days, and quarterback Tarvaris Jackson and linebacker Kirk Morrison are healthy scratches, as they have been all year.

Nigel Bradham will get the start at outside linebacker in place of Arthur Moats, as has been hinted at since he began taking those reps during last weekend's loss to San Francisco. Two players added from the practice squad just yesterday, guard/center David Snow and defensive tackle Jay Ross, are also active.
