I put my hopes and dreams for this team into that mans hands. Yes the hands of Ryan Fitzpatrick. I was led on to believe that this man could generate some great play at the QB position was I wrong? Maybe, but no matter what happens at the end of this season playoffs or not! We need to start looking for a real "FRACHISE QUARTEBACK". If it is a veteran that we could pick up via trade or free acgency then lets do it and let it be the end of the Fitz era. If its a rookie I truly believe we need to pull out all the stops to get a top tier QB in the draft, specifically Matt Barkley or Geno Smith. Real QBs who have franchise potential, real good talent. A great arm for the Buffalo weather, and an accurate passer. It also shouldn't be that hard for a rookie QB if we drafted one since we have a very good O-line, a good running game, and a good set of receivers in the passing game. I mean we can ride the wave of Fitz for a little while if a rookie gets drafted and let him go before the preseason. I believe we would have more wins right now if we had a great franchise QB right now but we have an average one who is very streaky. So you never know what you're gonna get. We deserve better than this, we all have been witnesses of terrible Bills seasons. We need a hero someone to save us from the darkness, the hole that we've been stuck in at the bottom of the AFC East. Its time for us to rise up from the ashes. I wil be a believer in Fitzpatrick, as far as the waves take me but once I reach dry land. So must the Fitz era end. Its been fun!
