Hey Bills fans! This is Fooch from Niners Nation. The 49ers and Bills square off in the game Chris Berman projected for the Super Bowl for much of the '90s! The 49ers enter the game 3-1 and coming off a thorough beatdown of your division rivals, the New York Jets.

This is a big stretch for the 49ers as they play three straight home games against your Bills, the Giants and the Seahawks. The 49ers continue to ride their strong defense, while trying to boost their offense. They added Mario Manningham, Randy Moss and A.J. Jenkins to their wide receiver corps, and yet they remain a team committed to the run. Frank Gore and Kendall Hunter are developing into a potent 1-2 punch. Expect to see plenty of those two, and possibly Brandon Jacobs. The 49ers signed Jacobs as a short yardage back but he has been out since midway through the preseason with a knee injury. He has a chance of returning this week.
