Buffalo Bills vs. Tennessee Titans Inactives: Cordy Glenn, Kraig Urbik Sit

Timothy T. Ludwig-US PRESSWIRE

The Buffalo Bills will be without three starters (LT Cordy Glenn, RG Kraig Urbik and DE Mark Anderson) when they take on the Tennessee Titans this afternoon.

When the Buffalo Bills take on the Tennessee Titans in a little over an hour, they'll do so without two starting offensive linemen and their kickoff specialist - but hey, they'll have Shawne Merriman, at least!

For a third straight week, both left tackle Cordy Glenn and right guard Kraig Urbik will miss a game due to their respective ankle injuries. Urbik made an attempt to practice earlier this week, but was quickly shut down until after the bye week; they will once again be replaced in the starting lineup by Chris Hairston and Chad Rinehart, respectively.

John Potter, the only kickoff specialist in the NFL, will not suit up today. It's fair to attribute his absence to the presence of Merriman, who will serve as the team's fourth pass rusher against Matt Hasselbeck and the Titans today.

Also on today's inactive list: quarterback Tarvaris Jackson, defensive end Mark Anderson, linebacker Kirk Morrison and safety Delano Howell. Anderson, a starter, will be replaced in the lineup by Chris Kelsay and Kyle Moore on pass downs. Merriman will likely factor into that rotation, as well.
