First off I hope everyone is doing as well as can be expected post Sandy.

If this season ends poorly and we miss the playoffs again i am curious what would you want to see the bills do differently going into next season who will be the coach, gm, starting quarterback, any other position changes, first round pick, FA target?

Obviously like all of you I want to make the playoffs this year and win the Super Bowl but with that looking unlikely I am just wondering what would you do differently because I have absolutely no idea anymore. I mean realistic stuff also not trading for Aaron Rogers or something like getting the number one draft pick something that can actually happen this off-season to put us back into contention.

I would post what I want but I actually have no idea because I don't follow college football and I don't know anything about which coaches will be available or general managers would be out there to bring in so I am looking to see who I should be watching for or researching In case this season ends poorly.
