Kelsay, who was injured in a practice leading up to last weekend's loss to the New England Patriots, will now miss his second straight game with what is being reported as a neck injury. Kyle Moore will get the start at defensive end alongside Mario Williams; that duo each played nearly 90 percent of the team's snaps in Foxborough, with backup Shawne Merriman rotating in only sparingly.
Buffalo has now ruled four key players out of the key AFC East game with Kelsay shelved; three starters - running back Fred Jackson (concussion), defensive end Mark Anderson (knee) and cornerback Aaron Williams (knee) - will all miss the game as well.
Jackson will be supplanted in the starting lineup by C.J. Spiller, of course, and Tashard Choice is likely to see his first on-field action in weeks as well. Williams will once again be supplanted at cornerback by Leodis McKelvin, who will make his second straight start alongside rookie Stephon Gilmore.
