I have been reflecting a lot on our situation recently. Like everyone else I am discouraged once again this year. But this time it's different. I've tried turning my attention to the potential changes in the off season that could help improve our team and I keep coming to the same conclusion, we are doomed.

Things won’t change while Ralph is there.

What I mean by this is simply that no matter what happens this off season, whether we draft a QB, change Coaching staff, change GM, etc.. Nothing will really change, it will be a different shade of Ralph’s old defunct world. And when he passes and the team changes hands there is probably a 50% chance of relocation (let’s be honest here). So which coach or GM in his right mind that is an up & comer would want to come here? Answer: None

So even if Ralph cleans house in the off season, we are doomed anyways. When Ralph passes, the new owner will want his GM, his Coach, etc. Ralph could do us all a favor and sell the team now but he won’t so the only other option is to wait until he passes to actually have hope, until then we are doomed! Sorry Ralph, I hate to say it this way but it’s true, the only hope this team has is when you won’t own it anymore!
