At or near the start of every month, we're going to poll the readers of Buffalo Rumblings on their state of mind regarding the chief decision-makers of the Buffalo Bills. This is your poll to state your pleasure, or lack thereof, with GM Buddy Nix. Here are some stories Nix has been heavily involved with over the last month.

• The Bills are 1-2 since the last Nix poll: W 19-16 over ARI; L 34-35 to TEN; L 9-21 to HOU
• Steadfastly supports head coach Chan Gailey, saying that he'll be the coach of the team into the 2013 season and perhaps beyond
• Made it clear that he'd like to draft a long-term replacement for Ryan Fitzpatrick as soon as possible
• Placed two players (Erik Pears and Terrence McGee) on IR, released seventh-round draft pick John Potter and signed receiver Marcus Easley to the active roster from the practice squad
