I think the only people that wouldn't agree with this sentiment is Gailey, Nix and anyone else in the organization that is on the Bills payroll that still wants to be on the Bills payroll going forward. The fans, media, and I believe a lot of the players believe this to be true.
Evidence has been so clear throughout the year.. The games against AZ, TN, NE, and yesterday against STL are direct evidence where at the end of games, Gailey has not shown anything that resembles "coaching confidence" to inspire his players and motivate them to win a game.
I believe this is affecting player motivation and their ability to make plays... Other than the Jarius Byrd two interceptions in the AZ game, I don't think we have had any player do something unique to win games. Yesterday, we saw George Wilson drop an interception opportunities. Fitz... of course can't do anything to win a game by himself.
Unfortunately for players, fans and media covering the Bills, I can almost 100% predict that Nix will not fire Gailey and that Fitz will be be the starting QB for next season's opener because of Nix's term that we have to "be patient" as Bills fans.
My question and reason for posting this to the Rumbling community is...
Since Nix will not change Gailey at HC for next year, what will it take for the Bills to change to starting "playing to win" mentality going forward?
Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.
