I promised a METATHREAD every Tuesday with the idea that at least for a while, I'd have something specific to post about on a weekly basis as it related to our little Bills blog.

Yet here we are in Week 3, and I don't have anything pressing to discuss. So we'll call this an open forum for the week ahead where you can pose questions, concerns or feedback about the blog and its editorial direction as we prepare to launch into our sixth off-season covering the Bills.

Here are just a few notes off the top of my head about the blog; perhaps you can use them as a launching point for your own comment:

• I have a rough draft of the new community guidelines ready to roll. These rules, posted here, are not officially official. If you're interested, give them a read. We won't be changing any of the rules, but if you have any language clarification or things that I forgot that could be added, let me know.
• Please keep using the flag feature; it helps us moderate the site tremendously.
• I have writer's block. My brain is officially in off-season mode, but it's not the off-season yet. I hate this time of year.
